PDF data encryption

Once you request a PDF generation, the data is encrypted with AES-256 encryption and stored in a secure database.

The data is only accessed and decrypted by the job that generates the PDF and is immediately deleted after the PDF is succesfully generated.

If a PDF generation job fails, PDFerret automatically retries the job up to 3 times.

If the job fails after 3 retries, the job is marked as failed, and the its data is retained for 48 hours, after which it is automatically deleted. You can choose to manually retry the job or delete the job data within the 48-hour window.
